For a long time blogging had left its position at the forefront of my mind. But in its place sat a mean beast we know as GCSEs. I overcame the beast with 5 A*'s, 5 A's and B (damn you Drama) and life was good... for 10 short weeks. A beast sits once again. This beast is called A Levels. This particular species of A Levels is a Biology-English Literature-Maths-Philosophy & Ethics hybrid. And, whilst I like the beast, it is starting to drown me with essays, one of which I am putting off writing now.
I hope to see you soon,
Blogging is persevering and now I regret how neglected this lil thing has become. That picture on the left is dated, I don't look much like that any more. I'm struggling with a style...I lack flair... creative juices are most certainly not flowing. So my approach now is not to put too much thought into it. There are only 5 people that will possibly be notified of this post. (Are any of you are still active blog readers?) I always put it off because I don't own a camera. 'Blog posts simply cannot exist without the addition of pictures to further enhance the post content!' Well, boo to that.
Reader, I blogged.
Points to whoever gets that reference. It's one of the books I'm currently studying for my English Literature course at the moment. Initial thoughts are generally, 'wow books are so symbolic, I couldn't possibly write anything this deep and meaningful' (see this post for evidence).
I'm attending a 6th Form, not a college, because my secondary school has a decent one and I didn't want to go somewhere new where the teachers and all the pupils would be strangers to me. I'm one for familiarity.
I saw McFly live in London at the Royal Albert Hall last saturday, it was brill. We had rubbish standing seats but they were still pretty amazing. Oh and
two thirds of Busted made an appearance. Say whaaaat.
I'm off to write an essay on tension in Wide Sargasso Sea.
